Sausage Chips and Curry Sauce

On a Saturday night you really need a treat. Ours was always chip shop chips. We're having the same here but with a couple of tweaks.

Homemade chips: cut, soaked in water for an hour then cooked in our actifry for 45 minutes with a few sprays of frylight.
Sausages: Slimming World's own from Iceland.

I'm not sure about the sauce, my husband like it, but I like a Chinese curry and this is more of a fruity Curry. I might try and make my own next time.
